Food Science Human Nutrition (FSHN) 101:
Below is a project I had to do for my FSHN 101 course. I had to pick a food and then figure out how it was processed, packaged, the shelf life, where it could be purchased and include food safety tips. I also had to make the information I chose to present appropriate for the grade level I selected. I made the content appropriate for 6th grades. The assignment details are attached.

2.Low fat chocolate milk is the most popular milk choice in schools and kids drink less milk (and get fewer nutrients) if it’s taken away
